Can't visit the library in person? Apply for a library card today! Once you submit this form, you will receive an email within 48-72 hours with your library card number and PIN. You will then receive your physical card at the address you entered below.

Library cards for children under age 18 require a parent or legal guardian to provide proof of identity and current address. These accounts will be issued with restricted borrowing privileges. To remove these restrictions, a parent or legal guardian must visit a library branch and authorize the change in person. If you do not receive your library card information within 3 business days, have an existing card that no longer works, or have any other questions, please contact us.

A valid photo ID is required. If your current address does not appear on your photo ID, you must also provide proof of current address (such as a utility bill, bank statement, vehicle registration, or paid property tax receipt).

Your documents will be deleted once your library card is processed and you card number is emailed to you.
