Can't visit the library in person? Apply for a library card today! Once you submit this form, you will receive an email within 48-72 hours with your library card number and PIN. You will then receive your physical card at the address you entered below. If you do not receive your library card information within 3 business days, have an existing card that no longer works, or have any other questions, please contact us.

Your documents will be deleted once your library card is processed and you card number is emailed to you. Acceptable forms include: Driver's license, DMV identification, passport, school ID, employee ID, paid property tax receipt, vehicle registration, utility bill, or bank statement.
